These aren’t just Christmas card photos.
They’re for the parents who blink and their kids are suddenly taller.
For the couples building their first holiday traditions together.
For anyone who wants to look back and remember how it felt, all frozen in time, exactly as it was.
This year, I wanted to capture the two moments that make Christmas feel like Christmas — the cozy chaos and the sweet traditions.
1. Decorating the Tree
The soft glow of lights, laughter over tangled cords, ugly sweaters, and the same ornament that’s been passed down forever. This set feels like the living room on your favorite December night. The setup will include a fireplace, a tree, and cozy, traditional Christmas decorations.
2. Decorating Christmas Cookies
Rolling pins, the flour that somehow gets everywhere, and way too many sprinkles (I won’t judge.) The cookies might not be perfect, but that’s kind of the point. It’s about the tradition, not the result.
Choose one scene or split your time between both. Either way, you’ll walk away with photos that feel like your own story.
What’s Included
Each session is 30 minutes, just enough time to settle in, laugh a little, and let the real moments happen. You’ll get a curated online gallery of edited images, and don’t worry, I’ll guide you the whole way so you never feel awkward or unsure what to do. Think of it as spending half an hour making memories while I quietly capture them.

This isn’t your typical mini session where everyone stands in front of a prop set and smiles.
It’s storytelling: capturing connection, emotion, and the beauty of your own holiday traditions.
These minis are for people who want to capture their real Christmas chaos, couples starting new traditions, or anyone who just wants to remember how it felt to be here, in this season.
Want a little extra magic? You can add both sets (+$50), a short film reel (+$75), or instant Polaroids (+$25) because sometimes it’s nice to have something you can hold onto right away.

These sessions mean a lot to me. Some of my favorite childhood memories live in moments just like these: flour covered counters on our annual cookie day, Christmas music playing way too loud, and arguing about which ornaments went where the year before.
